Verzasca Bridge, Ticino

A summer road trip over the Gotthard Pass to Ticino brought us to the famous Verzasca Bridge.
I settled on a rock at the waters edge, feet in the crystal-clear (and ice cold!) river, and spent about an hour capturing the beautiful arches and the calm water.
After finishing the sketch, we cooled off with a swim and watched people leap from the bridge into the turquoise water below.
A simple day of sketching, swimming, and exploring!
